  • Is there a charge for custom orders?
    Yes, there is a $25.00 non refundable deposit on every custom pad ordered.
  • How do you ship your products?
    We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs. A signature will be required to pick up your parcel. All Parcels will be double wrapped or boxed for extra protection during shipping.
  • This is my first time ordering a western saddle pad. What thickness should the saddle pad be?
    1″ (one inch) thick is the standard thickness for most western saddle pads, Although thickness will ultimately depend on your saddles fit as well as your horse. If your horse has sway back or has high withers or other conditions you may need a thicker pad.
  • Do you offer wholesale ordering?
    Yes we do. The requirements are a minimum order of 10 saddle pads or 20 pet hats. Please contact Dawn at hoofsnpaws.info@gmail.com for more information.
  • What Services do you offer?

  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept Paypal and E-Transfers as well as credit cards and apple pay for online payments. Onsite we use Square payment services
  • What if I have my own Fabric?
    Email us about using you own fabric and we can go from there hoofsnpaws.info@gmail.com
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes, Pick up is available at my home location or any of the venues I attend.
  • How do you calculate your shipping costs?
    Shipping is calculated on weight as well as your location, I charge a flat rate for your country on the amount you spend.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
